Colin Hamilton
Executive Director

Since the early 1990s, Colin Hamilton has worked in the construction industry. At the age of 21, Colin completed renovations on two warehouses and two offices for Budget Rent a Car BC, then moved on to do development projects such as Tree Tops and Deercrest on Heritage Mountain in Coquitlam. In 2001 Colin ran new construction crews with Decker Construction to complete 27 new homes in Maple Ridge.

In 2003 Colin went to BCIT to complete his Gas “C” course and run a heating and renovation company with his brother. Together the brothers completed numerous renovations, additions, and office build outs over a period of 8 years. Colin has a vast experience in the trades and, having worked with a variety of crews, can see a project from conception to completion leading Colin down a path toward project management for the construction of new multi-family builds.

Later on, Colin moved into a marketing program for the construction trades, reaching from shore to shore across Canada from local suppliers to offshore purchasing to gain the advantage of getting good construction-based products. For many years, Colin has worked with business owners in several different trades-related industries, helping to obtain contracts in almost every aspect of new construction. Colin enjoys being an entrepreneur and achieving long-term relationships with other business owners and home owners alike. This experience in product knowledge brings forth the ability to get the right materials for quality construction.
